The Software as a Service (SaaS) offering from meldCX, Viana™, is a computer vision platform built on Intel’s OpenVINO and Microsoft’s Azure IoT technologies. It approaches customer pain points with a goal of delivering a high degree of value in a short time frame through synthetic data creation/annotation and AI/ML model training.

Viana™ from meldCX also harnesses the power of Cisco Meraki MV Cameras to provide computer vision analytics in the cloud.

Viana™ AI technology uses high-performance face mapping and detection that extracts and converts human data to metric data. It’s completely anonymous, so no identifiable information is captured. Viana™ gives you the right insights anytime, anywhere, and on any device.
