What is the IoT Genie?

The intelligent IoT MicroGenie enables you to monitor and control just about anything from security systems and lighting to condition monitoring. It does this by acting as an IoT Hub taking control of IoT Devices allowing you to provide actionable insight, management and control.

This is a powered device but it can also be powered by battery.

Connectivity

It is simple to connect, be that to the devices in your home, office, external areas or vehicles. Through Thingstream connectivity, it can provide both GSM/GPS connectivity options.

With vehicles, the IoT Genie comes in two form factors, one that connects you to a 12v port and the other to the vehicle control panel.

To use for cold chain you would require a temperature probe access.

Other Examples of Use

Agriculture examples of usage include monitoring remotely operating pivots and irrigation systems, providing alarms when power outages occur and allowing remote water pump control, in addition to remote monitoring of distributed diesel generators across large farm; enabling predictive refuelling to ensure continuous operation.
